We've all stood in front of our closet and thought, "I have nothing to wear!" Even though it's full of clothes. But what if the solution lies in going through the closet and seeing what we actually wear?
Sort your clothes – What do you actually wear?
To figure out which clothes you use the most and which ones could have a better home elsewhere, sort them into four groups:
👗 Continue to use – Clothes that you wear regularly and feel comfortable in.
🛍️ Needs repairs – Clothes that need to be repaired, reduced or altered.
♻️ Resell/donate – Clothes that are in good condition but you no longer use.
🗑 Recycle – Clothes that are worn out and no longer usable.
Method to try: Turn the shoulder trees!
Turn all the hangers in your closet upside down. Every time you wear a garment, hang it right back on the hanger. After three months, you can easily see which clothes have been worn and which haven't!
✨A wardrobe overhaul is not only a way to organize your clothing, but also an opportunity to be more aware of your consumption habits. By utilizing solutions such as selling, donating, and reusing, you can contribute to reducing waste and participating in the circular economy.
