Our process

You book a sales space

You book a sales space for 7, 14, 21 or 28 days . After booking, you will receive an email with information on how to log in to " my pages ", where you can start registering your products into our sales system.

Product registration

Once you have logged in to " my pages " on hringekjan.is you can list your products and price them. This is done by going to "Product" and pressing "add" or by " clicking here ".

There you enter a detailed description of the product such as “White All Saints Sweater” or “Black Dr. Martin Shoes”, size, booking and price.

It is necessary to have registered all products before arriving at the store.

Registration of bank details

In order for us to pay you your sales profits, you must enter your bank details.

Bank details can be registered by going to your user settings on " my pages ", clicking on your email address and entering bank, ledger and account and we will deposit your sales profit minus turnover-related rent (30%) into your account. Payments are made after 18:00 on Mondays and Thursdays after products have been picked up.

Please note that capital gains cannot be paid out until bank details have been entered.

Beginning of rental period

You will arrive at our store at Þórunnartún 2 at 11:00 AM on the day your period starts. (12:00 PM on Sundays).
It is necessary to have registered your products at home before coming to the store. Upon arrival, we will provide you with a tag gun, tag tags, barcodes and anti-theft devices to place on your products. A hanger and storage box are also included with each sales space.

If the 11:00 AM time is not convenient for you, please contact us and we will find a time that suits you.


Photo shoots

Products appear in " Products in Store ". We encourage all sellers to take pictures of as many products as possible to increase the visibility of their products. You can also share them on our sales page on Facebook " Hringekjan - For Sale "

Your sales

Inside " my pages " on hringekjan.is you should see " Sales " and under that you will see an overview of sales from your sales space.

Price changes and discounts

You are free to make price changes to a product at any time during your rental period. You make price changes by going to " my pages " on hringekjan.is, going to " Products " and selecting the product you want to change the price for. Note that whether a new price tag is placed on a product or not, the new price will be returned to the buyer.

Because all products are labeled with a barcode, description, and price, a new label must be printed and placed on the product so that the correct price is displayed on the label. You are free to come in at any time and get a new label to place on your product.

If you would like to give a discount on all products in your sales space during the rental period, it is best to contact us through our Facebook page facebook.com/hringekjanverslun or at the email address verslän@hringekjan.is and we will arrange it for you.

If you have a product that you do not want to put on discount, you are free to remove it from sale before the discount is applied.

End of rental period

After the rental period, the renter has until 12:00 noon the next day to collect their goods. If they are not collected within that day, a storage fee of ISK 2,000 per day will be charged the next day, for up to 7 days. The storage fee is paid after the goods have been collected. After the 7-day storage period, the goods are considered the property of Hringekjan and care will be taken to ensure that they are reused to the best of our ability.

Lúxusleiðin er samsett leigurými með viðbótarþjónustu með 40% þóknun. Þú bókar lúxusleiðina fyrir 15 eða 30 vörur í 44 eða 58 daga. Innifalið í því eru 28 dagar í netsölurými og 14 eða 28 dagar í sölurými í verslun og 2 dagar fara í uppfærslu á myndum hjá okkur. Eftir bókun færð þú sendan tölvupóst með upplýsingum um það hvernig þú skráir þig inn á "mínar síður", þar sem þú getur hafið skráningu á þínum vörum inn í sölukerfið okkar.

Verð og vörufjöldi

Í netsölrými lúxusleiðarinnar er miðað við hámark 15 eða 30 vörur í senn eftir því hvorn möguleikann þú bókaðir.

Í sölurými í verslun er miðað við um 20 vörur í senn á slá og 20 vörur í lagerkassa til áfyllingar.

ATH Þér er velkomið að fylla á slánna þína hvenær sem er á meðan leigutímabili stendur í verslun en uppfærðar myndir og yfirferð á verðum er ekki innifalið eftir að leiga á sölurými í verslun hefst. Við mælum þó alltaf með að taka myndir af vörum með skráningum til að auka söluna.

 

Skráning vara í netsölurými

    • Farðu á Mitt svæði> Vörur > Bæta við vöru.
    • Skráðu lýsingu (t.d. “Svart COS pils”), verð ,bættu við mynd og veldu bókun (netrými nr #)
    • Skráðu inn hámark 15 eða 30 vörur fyrir netsölurými, eftir því hvort þú bókaðir lúxus leiðina fyrir 15 eða 30 vörur.
    • Gott er að setja eina mynd með hverri vöru – við tökum síðan nýjar vandaðar myndir fyrir þessar 15 eða 30 vörur sem birtast í netsölu í upphafi leigutímabils.

Skráning vara í sölurými í verslun

    • Farðu í Mitt svæði > Vörur > Bæta við vöru.
    • Skráðu lýsingu (t.d. “Svart COS pils”), verð ,bættu við mynd og veldu bókun (sölurými nr #)
    • Hér getur þú skráð að hámarki 40 vörur og á hvaða verði sem er ( ekkert lágmarksverð )
    • Nauðsynlegt er að vera búinn að skrá inn allar vörur áður en mætt er með þær í verslun.
    • ATHUGIÐ uppfærðar myndir og yfirferð á verðum er ekki innifalið eftir að leiga hefst í verslun en við mælum þó alltaf með að taka myndir af vörum með skráningum til að auka sölu. Leiga hefst í verslun að loknum 28 dögum í netsölu en vörur verða þó áfram til sölu á netinu allt leigutímabilið þitt í Lúxusleiðinni.

Afhending vara

Þú kemur með fyrstu 15 eða 30 vörurnar (eftir því hvort þú bókaðir lúxusleiðina fyrir 15 eða 30 vörur) í Þórunnartún 2, 105 Reykjavík á opnunartíma versluninnar daginn sem bókunin þín hefst, 

Mikilvægt: Merkja pokann með þínu nafni og Netsölurýmis númeri.

Auka vörur fyrir sölurými í verslun má koma með 28 dögum síðar, þ.e. þegar leiga á sölurými í verslun hefst á opnunar tíma Hringekjunnar.

Verðlagning á vörum í netrými

Þú setur inn þína verðhugmynd við skráningu á vörum í netrými og við förum yfir hana og höfum samband ef við erum með ábendingu um verðbreytingu. 

Afsláttur á vörum í netrými

Fyrir Lúxusleiðina er ekki gert ráð fyrir að leigutaki breyti sjálfur verði í netsölu þar sem það getur valdið því að uppfærðar myndir detti út. Ef leigutaki óskar eftir afslætti á sínum vörum í netsölunni getur hann haft samband við Hringekjuna á netsala@hringekjan.is og óskað eftir að afsláttur (15%–70%) verði settur á vörurnar.

Skráning á bankaupplýsingum

Til þess að við getum greitt þér út þinn söluhagnað verður þú að skrá inn bankaupplýsingar.

Bankaupplýsingar má skrá með því að fara inn á notenda stillingar þínar á "mínar síður", smella á netfangið þitt og slá inn banka (bank), höfuðbók (ledger) og reikning (account) og við leggjum inn þinn söluhagnað að frádregni veltutengdri leigu (40%) inn á þinn reikning. Útborganir fara fram eftir klukkan 18:00 mánudaga og fimmtudaga eftir að vörur hafa verið sóttar.

Athugaðu að ekki er hægt að greiða út söluhagnað fyrr en bankaupplýsingar hafa verið skráðar inn.

End of rental period

Terms and Conditions

Carousel Services

Hringekjan is a rental company that rents out retail space on a short-term basis for the sale of used clothing and accessories to its customers.

Each retail space is 2m² in size and consists of a clothes rack and shelf and use of common areas. In addition, the tenant has use of a box measuring 55x31x33 cm (56L) for clothing that does not fit on the rack. The box is kept in stock and Hringekjan employees ensure that the rack is replenished when needed.

It is assumed that each retail space, in addition to the storage box, can hold about 60 products at a time, of which about 30 garments per shelf. The tenant is welcome to refill the box during the rental period.

Hringekjan employees are responsible for assisting customers and finalizing sales of renter's products.

Rental period and price

Each retail space is rented out for a week at a time. It is possible to rent retail space for up to four consecutive weeks. Extensions are not offered, but if the tenant wants to extend their rental period, they must book the retail space again at hringekjan.is

The rental price of retail space consists of a lump sum payment paid before the start of the lease term and a share of the lessee's income from the sale of his goods during the lease term. The latter is withheld when the payment is made to the lessee and is thus considered settled.

The one-time fee and the percentage of the tenant's share of the rent are determined by the price list as presented on Hringekjan's website at any given time. Hringekjan reserves the right to change its price list without notice. However, such changes do not apply to retail spaces that are already rented out.

Bookings

Bookings are only made at hringekjan.is

Cancellations

In order to be entitled to a refund, cancellations must be received at least 14 days in advance, based on the first day of the rental period.

Sales space setup

The lessee is responsible for setting up their sales space. Setting up takes place in such a way that the lessee arrives at the store one hour before opening on the day the rental period begins or at 11:00 (12:00 on Sundays). It is necessary that all clothing has been registered with good lighting and is in " My Pages " on hringekjan.is. Hringekjan provides the lessee with a shoulder strap, a signal gun and a ticket, as well as anti-theft devices for use during the rental period.

The renter has access to anti-theft devices but is responsible for requesting them and attaching them to their products.

Price changes

If the lessee wishes to change the price of a product or products during the rental period, he has the option of coming to the store during its opening hours to print out new price tags and place them on specific products. The price tag on a product is always valid until he has come to the store and placed a new price tag on it.

Theft

The store is monitored by security cameras and Hringekjan employees are generally vigilant against shoplifting.

Hringekjan is not responsible for stolen, lost or destroyed goods. In the event of fire or water damage, Hringekjan is not liable. However, the renter's contents insurance may cover such damage, but it is entirely up to them to find out.

Product Terms

Hringekjan reserves the right to refuse installation of products that staff deem do not meet the quality requirements of the service. Quality requirements relate to the condition of the product, whether the product is clean, whether a particular product is intact, has holes or is unusable, or is defective in some way.

It is not permitted to sell licensed, illegal, counterfeit, or harmful products in the Carousel. Tobacco, products containing nicotine, alcohol, food, weapons, fireworks, pornographic material, or other products that the Carousel staff deems inappropriate will be immediately removed.

Hringekjan's rental service is designed to support a solution for individuals to get used clothing into circulation. Within the service, it is not permitted to sell products purchased with the intention of reselling them. Customers are also absolutely prohibited from selling products from other types of retail operations under their own name, as such transactions are subject to different rules than used clothing from individuals. If a customer is found to be doing so, their contract will be terminated and the sales space will be emptied without a refund of the rental price.
