Hringekjan, a leader in the field of sustainable fashion and recycling in Iceland, is making a mark in the fashion industry with an emphasis on entrepreneurship in the interests of recycling, culture and art.

We are now facing exciting times and are looking for a store manager who shares our vision and has the ambition and skills needed to follow us into the future.
Qualification requirements
Age: 30 years or older.
Experience: You need to have experience in management and human resources, as well as experience in retail work.
Computer literacy: Good computer literacy, adaptability in utilizing systems essential to the operation, and a willingness to learn and adapt to technological innovations are essential.
Independence: We are looking for an individual with independent and high-quality work practices who is not afraid to share information and suggestions for improvements.
Environmental awareness: Environmentally friendly thinking and sustainability are at the core of our operations.
Service-mindedness: A positive attitude and a strong service-mindedness are essential assets.
Solution-oriented: Be resourceful and work on solutions in a creative way.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Management: Daily management of the store and staffing.
Presentation: Responsible for the appearance of the store and the presentation of products.
Service-oriented approach: Ensure that service goals are achieved and maintain excellent customer relations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the owners of Hringekjan. Your input is important to us, we grow as a team.
Working conditions:
Location: The store is located in the heart of Reykjavík, Þórunnartún 2.
Working hours: From 10:30 - 18:00 every weekday and one Saturday a month.
