BOOK A BOOTH

You can choose to book a booth in weekly increments for up to 4 weeks by clicking here. After booking, you’ll receive an email with login details, so you can start registering your products into our sales system under My Pages.

REGISTER PRODUCTS

Register and price your products by visiting My Pages > Products > Add; or by clicking here.

Choose a descriptive name for your item (such as “White All Saints Sweater” or “Black Dr. Martens Shoes), then fill in the Size, Booth, and Price details.

REGISTER BANK INFO

In order for us to pay out your sales profit we require your bank account information.

You can register this info in your user profile under My Pages, by clicking your email address and registering your Bank Name (Banki), Ledger (HB), and Account (Reikningur). We deposit your profits after you have picked up your unsold items. Payouts are made on mondays, wednesdays and fridays.

Notice that we can not pay out your profits unless you have registered the above information.

RENTAL START

Come to our store Hringekjan, located at Þórunnartún 2, at 11:00 the day your rental period starts. You'll be given everything you need to tag and protect your items, and we can guide you through the simple process to get you started.

If the arrival time does not suit you, please contact us and we'll work something else out.

PRODUCT PHOTOS

We encourage all of our customers to take photos of (most of) their products and post them in our Facebook group Hringekjan - For Sale.

YOUR SALES

You can track your sales through My Pages > Sales. Your list will update as your products sell.

PRICE CHANGE AND BOOTH DISCOUNT

You can make price adjustments as you please, by visiting My Pages > Products, and selecting the product you would like to adjust.

Since all products have been tagged with a barcode containing the product description and price, you’ll need to re-tag your adjusted product. Feel free to come by anytime and have us print out new tags for you.

If you’d like to put a discount on all of the products in your booth during your rental period you can contact us through the Messenger button on the bottom right corner of the screen; through our Facebook Page facebook.com/hringekjanverslun; or email us at hringekjan@hringekjan.is and we’ll apply the discount. It can be helpful to discount your booth if your rental period is nearing it’s end and you’d like to quickly sell the remainder of your items.

Additionally, you are free to remove any items from your booth during your rental period, i.e. if you do not wish to discount the product(s).

END RENTAL

At the end of your rental period, we'll secure your products in storage while awaiting their pick up. Please pick up any unsold items between 17:00-18:00 on the final day of your rental period, or between 11:00-12:00 the following day. We charge a daily storage fee of 2.000kr for any items not picked up by 12:00 the day after your rental period terminates. If something comes up and you cannot make it in a timely manner, please let us know and we’ll find a solution.
